St. Martin in the Fields School is a co-educational, lay and bilingual institution.
Awareness of the School’s educational philosophy on the part of the families and of the needs and individual characteristics of each applicant is very much important for the success of the educational and formative project that is about to begin.
The design of the admission process is of great assistance to the families and to the school in identifying the needs of each student and thus providing him or her with a high level of education.
The steps required to enroll a student at St. Martin of the Fields School are as follows:
I - Applying for an Interview
After receiving the Basic Information Form required for the interview, the secretary in the corresponding level (Kindergarten, Primary or Secondary) will contact the family to arrange an interview with the admissions staff.
II - The Parents’ Visit
The educational philosophy and institutional background will be explained during this first interview and the needs of the future student will be discussed and attended to. Parents will be shown round the School premises.
III - The applicant’s Visit
The applying student will have an interview with the Educational Psychologist and the Head of the corresponding section. In every case, a placement test will be required.
IV - INTERVIEW WITH THE PRINCIPAL
This interview allows the parents to obtain a complete and clear vision of the Institutional Project.
V - Enrollment procedure
Once the School has accepted the student’s application, the parents must enroll him or her at the School and fill in, sign and submit the institutional forms.
